Conference fees for the 41st EGAS
Payment before 1st June (all prices are per person)

The conference fee includes: book of abstracts and conference materials, excursion to Malbork Castle, welcome party, organ concert in Oliwa and refreshments after the public lecture.
Accompanying person fee includes all events of the social program except the conference dinner.

We will accept payments via bank transfer only (free of bank charges). The above fees should be paid in Polish zloty (PLN). Approximate exchange rates of the PLN are: 4.5 PLN for 1 EUR and 3.2 PLN for 1 USD. More info about Polish currency.
Payment after 1st June
Please note, that for payments after 1st June and in cash at registration desk, we will charge an extra fee of 100 PLN (above fees + 100 PLN).

Financial support
A limited part of the conference budget allows to support MSc and PhD students and young scientists, who have received their PhD not more than 6 years prior to the application, and present a contribution.
A limited budget is also available from the EPS to cover the accommodation, living and travel expenses of selected participants. Registration fee will be waived for persons receiving the grant. Grants, each equivalent an amount in PLN not exceeding of 350 EUR, are intended for PhD students or persons who have received their PhD not more than 6 years prior to the application. Recipients of the grants should present a contribution and study or work at an European institution or demonstrate economic need.
Applications for both types of support (Local Committee and EPS), which include name, age, institution, email, address, status, name of supervisor and a copy of abstract(s) should be sent to the Local Organizing Committe (ela@mif.pg.gda.pl) by 1st May 2009.
