Conference office and registration desk will be located in the Auditorium Novum at the Main Campus of Gdansk University of Technology (building No 20 on the map below, also indicated by an arrow).
Registration desk will be open on Tuesday, July 7, from 1500 to 2100, and from Wednesday, July 8, to Friday, July 10, from 830 to 1600.
Welcome party will be held in the inner courtyard, left entrance of the Main Building (No 1 on the map below).

Plenary Lectures (PL), Progress Reports (PR) and oral presentations of contributed papers (CP) will take place in the following lecture halls (see program of the conference):

Poster sessions will be held on Wednesday (CP 1 - CP 112) and Friday (CP 113 - CP 211) in the Main Building (No 1 on the top map), on the second floor.
Please use the list of contributed papers to find out the code of your poster and thereby the day of your presentation.

There will be a possibility to use a wireless (WiFi) Internet access in the Auditorium Novum. Also, a computer room will be available for participants (room No 202 in the Main Building).
